SBD Lifting Straps

SBD gear – traditional lasso lifting strap for serious strength training

Looking for top-quality lifting straps that can handle the toughest workouts without compromise? SBD gear is known for its uncompromising quality, and now the range includes SBD's traditional lasso lifting strap, representing the most advanced design and performance in the field.

This lifting strap has been developed to meet the demands of both competitive strength athletes and dedicated recreational lifters. It combines premium materials with a thoroughly tested construction, backed by years of development with some of the world's best athletes. The result is a strap that eliminates grip strength as a limiting factor in heavy lifts – whether it's a single max attempt or a high-volume session.

Special attention has been paid to durability and comfort. At the core of the strap is a patent-pending webbing construction in which Kevlar® fibre filaments are woven together with spun polyester fibres. This combination delivers exceptional abrasion resistance with a soft, comfortable feel on the skin – like a cotton strap, but far more durable.

The strap tightens securely around the wrist and is ideal for exercises such as deadlifts and bent-over rows. The lasso design makes attaching it fast, safe and secure – no adjustments or compromises.

Why choose the SBD traditional lasso lifting strap?

• Removes grip strength limitations in heavy lifts
• Superior durability: thanks to Kevlar® fibre, far more abrasion-resistant than nylon
• Comfort without compromise: feels soft, doesn't press or chafe
• Lasso locking mechanism: fast and secure grip on the bar
• Developed with elite athletes: tested in practice under the toughest conditions
• Made in the UK: closely controlled production processes and quality control

Like all SBD gear, these lifting straps are made in the UK to the highest quality standards. Every detail has been refined to perfection – designed to perform exactly when it matters most.

If you are serious about strength training, these are lifting straps you can rely on. SBD gear isn't just a choice – it's an investment in performance, safety and durability.
