Ordering
Products are primarily ordered online at league.fi through the shopping cart.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order price, shipping costs, and the ordered products. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing your email address when placing the order.
The customer commits to the valid delivery terms with each order.
Order Confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by email, providing your contact information, order contents, and final price.
By registering as a user of the online store, you can also review the order contents on our website.
Payment Methods
Payment is processed through a third-party service (Paytrail), where you can choose the payment method. More information about payment methods is provided below.
Delivery Time
We dispatch products on weekdays and often also on weekends. The product is sent from our warehouse within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in the product information. The delivery time is influenced by the operation of the transportation company.
Delivery Method and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include the transportation company's fees and packaging costs to the pickup points. You can check the shipping costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the product. We deliver orders as packages, which can be tracked with a shipment ID.
Collector Invoice/Part-Payment
Flexibility and choice – pay in one go or in installments at your pace.
Invoice and credit account provide you with more time to pay for your online purchases. By using them, you can wait for your order to arrive before making the payment. You can either pay the invoice in full or in smaller installments with a credit account, allowing you to pay a monthly sum of your choice and divide the payment over a maximum of 36 months.
With an invoice, you get a 45-day interest-free payment period for your online purchases. The long payment period allows you to check your purchases and, if necessary, return them before the invoice is due.
To use the credit, you need a positive credit decision, which can be applied for easily during the purchase. You can apply if you are at least 18 years old, have a Finnish personal identity number, and a permanent, official address in Finland. Your credit information will also be checked from Bisnode Finland Oy's register.
This payment method can be used for purchases up to €5,000.
Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase, you will receive the invoice for your purchase via email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller installments and over a more suitable payment period (1-36 months), you must enter into a continuous credit agreement with Collector Bank by logging into My Pages at oma.collector.fi. When signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit available for later purchases according to the credit terms.
With a valid credit agreement, you only need to pay the minimum amount mentioned in the invoice by the due date. You can always pay a larger sum if you wish. After that, you will receive a monthly invoice by email until the credit is fully paid off. You can also repay your credit at a faster pace than the minimum sum mentioned in the invoice.
Credit costs and credit example: The campaign terms applied in the online store determine a credit interest rate of 19.2% as the nominal annual interest rate and a monthly fee of €3.80. If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and is fully used for purchases made from the online store during the payment period of 36 months, with the applied campaign terms, the effective annual interest rate is 30.7%, the total credit costs are €433, the total amount to be paid is €1,433, and the number of installments is 36. Legal reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest on late payments, will be charged for delayed payments.
