How to put them on and care instructions
SBD Knee Sleeves 7mm are easy to put on by following these simple steps:
- Fold the sleeve in half inside out.
- Pull the sleeve up from the calf to the back of the knee.
- Finally, flip it up over the thigh.
This ensures a tight and secure fit every time.
Please note that the product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We recommend hand washing the sleeves in cool water or with a special neoprene detergent to keep them going for as long as possible.

How to put on:
A) Fold the sleeve in half "inside out"
B) In this position, pull it from the calf over to the back of the knee. The easiest way is to slide your fingers in from below between the sleeve and the calf and "push" it up this way
C) From the back of the knee, flip the "inside-out" part of the sleeve over the thigh

What warranty does the product have?
The product has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Although we expect our products to last considerably longer, in the rare case that a manufacturing defect has slipped past our quality control, it should become apparent to the customer within this period. Issues arising after 12 months are generally considered normal wear and tear.
Note that scratches and signs of wear on the surface of the sleeve are almost always considered normal wear and tear. So avoid direct contact between the sleeves and the bar!
How should the sleeves be washed?
We recommend hand washing with water or mild soap (or a special neoprene/wetsuit detergent). The sleeves dry best upright on a surface that allows air to circulate inside them. Machine washing may damage the surfaces of the sleeve, and the high temperatures of machine washing may damage its rubber parts.
PRO TIP: If you want these to turn into real springs over time, our staff recommend never washing them at all! During training, sweat and chalk dust "harden" the sleeves, which is why older sleeves often feel stiffer than new ones! ;)
