Rogue Echo Bike V3 – an air bike built for the toughest workouts
The Rogue Echo Bike V3 is an air-resistance exercise bike built above all to last. It is suitable for both home gyms and professional use, whether your training involves short, all-out sprints or long, steady-state cardio sessions.
Frame and ride quality
The heavy-duty steel frame construction keeps the bike stable even when pedaling at full power. The total weight of the bike is approximately 56 kg (123 lbs), and this weight is exactly what prevents wobbling during even the most intense intervals. The belt-driven steel fan blade provides resistance smoothly and without extra rattling, so the ride feel remains consistent from start to finish.
The transport wheels at the front make it easy to move the machine after training – there is no need to lift the bike, as it can simply be tilted and rolled into place.
Display and data tracking
The included LCD console clearly displays intervals, distance, calories, and heart rate. The console supports both Bluetooth Low Energy and ANT+ connections, so you can pair it with a heart rate monitor or a popular training app to consolidate all your workout data in one place.
Seat and comfort
The height and distance of the seat can be adjusted quickly as needed. The adjustment knob is located behind the seat post, ensuring it doesn't snag on your clothing when mounting or dismounting – a small detail that makes daily use easier, especially if the bike is shared by multiple users.
Accessories
A low-profile Wind Guard is available separately, which redirects the fan's airflow to make the workout more comfortable, especially in cooler environments.
