Kaikilla tuotteillamme on 14 päivän palautusoikeus, elintarvikkeilla ei ole palautusoikeutta. Palautus on maksuton vain League-tuotteissa, muista tilauksista perimme alkuperäisen toimituskulun. Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön, myyntikuntoinen ja alkuperäispakkauksessa.
Pakkaa tuote huolellisesti, jos tuote rikkoutuu palautuksessa vastuu on asiakkaalla. Palautuksen voi tehdä kirjautumalla omalle tilille verkkokaupassa ja seuraamalla ohjeita. Pelkkä palautus tai paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei riitä, palautusilmoitus tulee tehdä omalta tililtä. Noutamattomasta paketista peritään 25 € käsittelymaksu.

Tilaus tehdään osoitteessa league.fi ostoskorin kautta. Vahvistamme tilauksen sähköpostilla, viestissä näkyvät tuotteet, hinta ja toimituskulut. Lähetämme tuotteet yleensä 1–2 arkipäivässä, toimitusaika riippuu kuljetusyrityksestä.

Pullo pitää juoman viileänä ja on helppo puhdistaa. Koko on hyvä ja väri on myös ihana. Mutta. Pullo tippui puolen metrin korkeudesta korkki kiinni maahan matolle ja kannen muoviosa särkyi. Kansi ei siis kestä juuri mitään. Onkohan kannen muoviosia tilattavissa erikseen?
