LEAGUE Gym Timer

The League Gym timer is a versatile multi-function clock suitable for gyms, with a power supply and remote control.

6-digit digital display. When the timer is not in training mode, it displays the time. Wall mounts are also included in the package.

• TABATA - This timer alternates between workout and rest periods for a given number of rounds. You can customize the workout and rest intervals, as well as the number of rounds. (20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds of rest, 8 rounds)
• Ideal for cardio workouts, where x minutes is spent exercising and x seconds is spent resting.
  • FGB1 mode: means 5 minutes of exercise, 1 minute of rest, 5 rounds.
  • FGB2 mode: means 5 minutes of exercise, 1 minute of rest, 3 rounds.
  • BOX-space: refers to a 3-minute performance.
  • HIIT mode: means 30 seconds of exercise, 30 seconds of rest, 99 rounds.
