LEOKO Training Plates, Rubber-Coated

Leoko rubber-coated plates – a reliable choice for weightlifting training

Leoko rubber-coated training plates are an excellent solution when you are looking for safe, dimensionally accurate and durable weight plates for regular weightlifting training. These plates are designed especially for lifters who want to focus on refining their technique and developing their performance without worrying about equipment durability or floor protection.

The rubber coating effectively dampens noise and impact, making the plates safe to use even when lifts end in a controlled drop. They are well suited to gym use and home training where protecting the floor and equipment matters.

A practical choice for technique training

Although Leoko training plates do not meet the accuracy requirements of official competition plates (tolerance ±150 g), their dimensions are identical to competition plates. This lets you practise correct lifting technique without compromising load distribution or bar feel.
