The League weightlifting bar handles stress remarkably well. The 20 kg version is made from 195,000 PSI tensile-strength steel and the 15 kg version from 190,000 PSI steel. These values clearly exceed the generally accepted range for quality barbells (150,000–180,000 PSI), making the bar extremely durable even under maximum loads – up to 680 kg.

The coating is built to last. Hard chrome combined with black oxide protects the bar effectively against corrosion and gives it a striking look. The knurled grip provides a secure hold without slipping.
