Gymnastic rings are one of the most versatile and effective tools for full-body strength. MTIDEA Gymnastic Rings R32 Alpin are built for demanding use – they are equally at home in a home gym, a professional fitness centre or an outdoor training spot. With these rings you build strength, control and balance naturally using your own bodyweight.

Made in Poland, MTIDEA rings are quality craftsmanship that combines precision, durability and ergonomics. The 5-layer sandwich construction made from beech plywood keeps the rings rigid and safe even under heavy use. The 32 mm thickness offers a natural, secure grip that suits most hand sizes – whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete.

Safety and comfort in every rep

MTIDEA Gymnastic Rings R32 Alpin come with 45 PRO polyamide straps that withstand very high loads without stretching or wearing. Climbing buckles make adjusting the rings quick and safe – you can easily change the height for different exercises. 6-fold stitching adds security and durability, so you can focus purely on your performance.

The rings are designed to withstand intensive use in functional fitness, CrossFit training, gymnastics and bodyweight training. They are excellent for pulling exercises, dips, rows and static holds (such as the L-sit and support hold).

Quality materials, long service life

Beech plywood is a naturally hard and dense wood, making it an ideal choice for gymnastic rings. Its natural feel and good grip stand out compared with plastic or metal alternatives. MTIDEA's 5-layer construction adds rigidity and prevents warping, so the rings keep their shape year after year.

The rings come with 5.5-metre straps, allowing use in high-ceilinged spaces or outdoors, for example around trees and frames.
