To make it easier to choose the right size, measure your waist at the navel. Always choose the smaller one if you are considering between two sizes.

You can conveniently attach the League weightlifting belt in two different ways:

• Thread the belt through the buckle, tighten and attach the sticker.
• Thread the belt through the buckle and tighten with the locking buckle. When using this method of attachment, the stress on the sticker is reduced.
